Oatmeal Bread Flour Blend

Ingredients

  • In your bread machine:
  • 1lb loaf
  • Flour blend: 2 c.
  • *Water: 2/3 c.
  • Dry milk: 2T.
  • Oil: 1T
  • Honey/Brown sug: 1T.
  • Salt: 2/3t.
  • Yeast: 1t.
  • *Add one or more additional T. if dough is stiff.
  • 1 1/2lb loaf
  • Flour blend: 2 3/4 c.
  • *Water: 7/8 to 1c.
  • Dry milk: 3T.
  • Oil: 2T.
  • Honey/Brown sug: 1 1/2T.
  • Salt: 1t.
  • Yeast: 2t.
  • *Add one or more additional T. if dough is stiff.

Instructions

  1. By hand: Substitute this flour blend for equal amounts of lour called for in whole wheat bread recipe.
