Organic whole wheat pastry flour, organic rolled oats, organic cocoa powder, baking soda and sea salt. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 9 square pan. In a small bowl beat together 2 eggs and 1/3 c. oil. Add 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and beat until smoothe. Combine 1 1/4 c. mix and 1 c. boiling water in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Combine both mixtures and stir until well blended. Pour batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool on rack before turning out of pan.
