Oatmeal Bread Flour Blend

In your bread machine:
1lb loaf 1 1/2lb
Flour blend 2 c. 2 3/4 c.
*Water 2/3 c 7/8 to 1c.
Dry milk 2T. 3T.
Oil 1T 2T.
Honey/Brown sug 1T. 1 1/2T.
Salt 2/3t. 1t.
Yeast 1t. 2t.
*Add one or more additional T. if dough is stiff.

By hand: Substitute this flour blend for equal amounts of lour called for in whole wheat bread recipe.
