1 1/2 cups Great River Whole Wheat Pastry Flour OR Great River Rye Flour 1/4 cup Great River Soy Flour 1/4 cup sesame seeds (2 tablespoons caraway seeds can be substituted) 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup water In a mixer or food processor with dough blade, blend dry ingredients. Add oil while mixing and then continue to mix while slowly adding enough water to form a soft ball of dough. Roll out dough between two sheets of wax paper, 1/8" thick.
