Organic whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda, organic, powdered ginger, organic cinnamon, organic lemon peel and sea salt.
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Melt 1/2 c. butter in saucepan. Add 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. molasses. Stir to blend. Allow to cool to room temperature and add 2 eggs. Beat well. Stir in 1/2 c. milk. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm.
