Pre-heat oven to 350°. Grease an 8" square pan (for cupcakes line one dozen 2-3 inch muffin cups). In medium mixing bowl, beat 1 c. sugar (or 2/3 c. honey), 1/3 c. oil, and 2 eggs for one minute. Add 1/2 c water and 2/14 c mix and stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes for a cake or 15-18 minutes for cupcakes
