Beat together one egg and 3/4 c. milk (dairy, soy, rice). 1 T oil is optional. Pour this liquid into 1 c. of mix; mix until well blended. Cook on a hot, lightly greased griddle. Makes 6 four inch pancakes. 3/4 c. of berries can be added to the batter. Print-Friendly Version |
