In a bowl mix together warm water, yeast, and honey. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until foamy.
Add flour and salt to mixture.
Sprinkle flour on the counter top and knead dough for 3 minutes.
Cover dough and set aside for 10 minutes.
Grease a 11x17" baking sheet.
Sprinkle a bit more flour on the counter. Roll out the dough into a square shape at 1/2 inch thick.
Cut dough in 2 width wise with pizza cutter. Cut length wise into about 8 strips.
Grab each end of the cut dough strip and twist. Place each twisted dough strip on the greased baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart.
Cover with greased plastic wrap. Set aside for 30 minutes to rise.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for about 14 minutes.
Remove from oven when breadsticks just start to get golden brown. Mix rosemary, minced garlic, and butter. Brush over breadsticks and sprinkle with cheese.
Pop back in the oven for about 1 additional minute to melt cheese and or until desired golden brown in color.
