Ingredients
 1 cup Great River Organic Milling Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
 1 egg
 1 tbsp butter
 ½ cup milk
Pancakes (makes approx. 4 - 6" pancakes)

Add 1 cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix to a medium mixing bowl.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cool.

Add one beaten egg and melted butter to dry pancake mix.

Slowly mix in 1/2 cup milk, more or less till desired consistency.
We recommend more if you're making waffles.

Let batter sit for 5 minutes or more to hydrate.
If batter becomes too thick add 1 tablespoon of water.

Measure out 1/4 cup of wet mix at a time into a medium heated, lightly greased pan or griddle.

Flip after edges start to become golden brown, cooking an additional 1-2 minutes.
