Great to have on hand for batters and biscuits.
Add 1 cup Corn and Oat Pancake Mix to a medium mixing bowl.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cool.
Add 1 beaten egg and melted butter to dry pancake mix.
Slowly mix in 1/3 cup milk. More or less till desired consistency.
We recommend more if you're making waffles.
Let batter sit for 5 minutes or more to hydrate. If batter becomes too thick add 1 tablespoon of water.
Measure out 1/4 cup of wet mix at a time into a medium heated, lightly greased pan or griddle.
Flip after edges start to become golden brown, cooking an additional 1-2 minutes.
