An easy Sunday morning sweet treat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine honey, butter and milk. Beat well.
Add vanilla, lemon peel and egg. Beat again.
Pour this mixture into mix and beat until smooth. Turn into greased pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined.
Stir in vanilla extract and milk. Gradually add 1 T. of milk at a time till desired consistency. (4 is recommended)
After brining the coffee cake out of the oven top with the cream cheese frosting and fresh berries.
