 ½ cup Great River Organic Milling Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
 ½ cup Great River Milling, Gluten Free, Super-Fine Almond Flour
 1 cup Great River Organic Milling, Specialty Flour, Stone Ground Corn Meal
 4 tsp baking powder
 ¾ tsp salt
 2 tsp cinnamon
 2 eggs
  cup milk
  cup canola oil
 ¾ cup cooked pumpkin or squash

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Blend together dry ingredients:
- Great River Organic Milling Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- Great River Milling, Gluten Free, Super-Fine Almond Flour
- Great River Organic Milling, Specialty Flour, Stone Ground Corn Meal
- baking powder, salt, cinnamon

In a separate bowl, beat honey, eggs, milk oil and pumpkin. Pour pumpkin mixture into flour and stir with fork until flour is just moistened.

Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve hot.
